At Luxorne, every timepiece is crafted to be worn with pride — and we want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a clear, generous returns process, wherever in the world you're ordering from.
Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This applies to all markets we serve, including where local law requires a shorter minimum period (for example, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for customers in the UK and European Union) — our 30-day policy always takes precedence when it is more generous than the legal minimum.
Eligible Items

Watches in unworn, unaltered condition, with no scratches, marks, or signs of wear

All original packaging intact, including the presentation box, cushions, and outer carton

Protective film/stickers on the case back and crystal still in place, where applicable

Complete with all accessories originally included: certificate of authenticity, warranty card, instruction booklet, and any additional strap or link

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Eligible Items

Watches showing any signs of wear, adjustment marks, or damage caused by misuse

Items with resized bracelets/straps where links have been permanently removed

Engraved, personalised, or made-to-order pieces (unless faulty)

Items missing the original box, papers, or authenticity card

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at service@luxorne.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorisation number. For international orders, please wait for authorisation before shipping the item back, as return addresses vary by region.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected — including verification that the watch and all accessories are in original, unworn condition — we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs and any import duties paid are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or was sent in error.
Warranty — Faulty or Damaged Items
Every Luxorne watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover battery replacement, normal wear and tear, water damage from misuse, or damage caused by unauthorised repair. If your item arrives damaged, or develops a covered fault within the warranty period, contact us immediately at service@luxorne.com with photographs. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost, including return postage.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any related customs formalities, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured service given the value of these items — Luxorne cannot be held responsible for watches lost or damaged in transit that were not adequately insured.
