Luxorne ships to customers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia, and Japan, among other destinations. Shipping rates and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level.

Domestic (UK) Delivery

  • Free standard delivery on orders over £150; flat fee of £9.99 below that threshold

  • Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days

  • Express Delivery (£14.99): 2–3 business days

  • Next Day Delivery (£19.99): order before 12pm Monday–Friday

International Delivery

For international orders (Ireland, European Union, United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, and other supported destinations), shipping rates and delivery windows are shown at checkout and vary by region — typically 7–14 business days for Europe and North America, and 10–18 business days for Australia and Japan, depending on customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Where we collect VAT, GST, or sales tax at checkout (for example under EU IOSS or equivalent regional schemes), no further charges should apply on delivery; where we do not, your local customs authority may collect these on arrival.

High-Value & Insured Shipping

Given the value of our watches, all international shipments are sent via tracked, insured courier services, and a signature is required upon delivery. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive high-value parcels.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Failed Delivery

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a notification with instructions for collection or re-delivery. Parcels held at a collection point beyond the courier's holding period may be returned to us; re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damage before opening the outer packaging and contact us within 48 hours at service@luxorne.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
